Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the Speediance unit and all included accessories are packed securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized logistics partners to schedule a convenient time to collect the equipment from your home.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
